What makes you most anxious?



What makes me most anxious is uncertainty. The feeling of not knowing what's going to happen next or not being in control of a situation can be overwhelming. The fear of the unknown can be paralyzing, and I find myself constantly worrying about the future. It's important for me to remind myself that uncertainty is a natural part of life and that I need to focus on the present moment instead of worrying about what might happen in the future. Practicing mindfulness and taking things one step at a time helps me to manage my anxiety and stay grounded.
