Are you a person with a logical way of thinking or an emotional one?

I believe that I am a person who operates with a balance of both logical and emotional thinking. In certain situations, my logic takes over and I can analyze the situation objectively, weighing the pros and cons before making a decision. Other times, my emotions take over and guide me towards a decision that feels right in the moment, even if it may not be the most logical choice.

I used to believe that being a logical thinker was the superior way of thinking and that emotions only got in the way of making sound decisions. However, as I've grown older, I've come to appreciate the role that emotions play in our lives. Emotions are what make us human, and they allow us to connect with others on a deeper level.

That being said, I do try to be aware of when my emotions are clouding my judgment and take a step back to think logically about the situation. At the same time, I also try to listen to my gut instincts and trust my intuition when it feels like the right thing to do.

Overall, I believe that both logical and emotional thinking have their place in our lives, and it's important to strike a balance between the two. By doing so, we can make decisions that are not only rational but also in line with our values and emotions.

  1. I agree totally with you on this point Pankaj. We need both emotional and logical thinking to make good decisions in life. The trick is to find a balance that works for us as we all are unique individuals. Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Sadje
