Jim Carrey: "Hey there, do you know what I've been asking myself lately? Was that really me?"

Person 2: "Uh, I'm not sure I understand, Jim. What do you mean?"

Jim Carrey: "You know, all those wild and crazy characters I played in movies like The Mask and Ace Ventura. Sometimes I look back and think, was that really me?"

Person 2: "Oh, I see. Well, I guess that's what makes you such a great actor, Jim. You can transform yourself into all these different roles."

Jim Carrey: "Yeah, but sometimes I wonder if I'm just a little bit crazy, you know? Was that really me talking out of my butt in Ace Ventura?"

Person 2: laughs "I think that's why we all love you, Jim. You're not afraid to be a little crazy and make us laugh."

Jim Carrey: "Well, I'm glad someone appreciates my insanity. Was that really me? Yes, yes it was."
