Indeed, life is but a spindle,
That spins and weaves its tale,
Each thread a path we kindle,
And each turn, a new detail.

The whine of fate, we cannot shirk,
As it winds our thread of life,
But in our hands, we hold the work,
Of weaving joy amidst the strife.

With each salvo of despair,
We must gather strength anew,
And spin a tapestry, so rare,
That's woven with a heart so true.

For if we let our sorrows clobber,
Our hopes and dreams will fade,
But if we rise, each thread will harbor,
A life, of which we're not afraid.

So, let us spin a tapestry,
Of colors bold and bright,
And weave a life, so full and free,
That shines with love and light.
