Healing Sunset Serenade

"Embrace the therapeutic power of the sunset, as it soothes your mind and nourishes your soul."

In response to

Poetry Form: Quatern

The sunset heals my mind and soul
It sets my circadian clock
It lowers blood pressure and stress
It boosts my mood and confidence

I watch the sun dip in the sea
The sunset heals my mind and soul
I see the splendid tapestry
I sense the wonder and the awe

The sun sends out its final beams
It sparks my serotonin flow
The sunset heals my mind and soul
It tunes my hormones and feelings

The night enfolds me with its calm
It bids me rest and contemplate
I feel a surge of gratitude
The sunset heals my mind and soul
